How likely is it?
So I know a girl that is able to have her cycle can get pregnant. I can't take birth control because of horrible weight gain (40 pounds in two months) and my mood goes from good to ugly at the drop of a hat. We use condoms for protection. Now, I just started my period yesterday, and it was fairly light so we had sex. How likely is it that even though I'm on my period, that I could end up pregnant from that? Please don't give me stupid answers, that I always see on here.
The chances of you being pregnant are slim, but not impossible. Anytime sperm enters a woman's vagina the possibility of pregnancy exists.
You will have to wait for your next period or the required time before you can use a pregnancy test to see if you are pregnant. I would suggest that you check out Planned Parenthood (http://www.plannedparenthood.org/) to get more information on pregnancy prevention, emergency contraception, etc. If you have one in your area you could speak with them directly or talk with your OB/GYN about your options.
