Can you hear the baby fart?

I'm serious. I know I wasn't hungry, and I didn't have gas myself but I was sitting in the kitchen and I felt like this.. I can't even explain it, but I heard something coming from my belly and he started moving around really fast after that. I'm 32 weeks according to Ultrasound, 36 weeks according to cycle.
I was thinking about it, and I realized there is no air in the womb.. so what else could it be.... maybe he had diarrhea? (I'm confused, but I REALLY want to know what that noise is.)

I never heard any of mine.
