Various Types Of Mountain Bikes
Mountain bikes are produced to be used off the road although a lot of them are actually used on the roads. These specially designed bikes are used for cycling on unpaved ways, trails, uneven roads, declining paths and off road tracks to name a few of the uses. The tires of the various designs of mountain bikes are designed to be able to withstand traction and absorb the shock of the terrain. The dull and full suspension will mean that the bike will have rear suspension and it will feature front suspension and rear shock. These bikes will also feature linkage and this will enable the back wheel top be moved on pivots.
There is an array of different types of mountain biking and this includes cross country biking, downhill biking, trail biking and also all day endurance. The cross-country bikes feature light front suspension and back suspension. This style of bike tends to be made from a lightweight frame that is constructed.
