Upgrade my Deore shifters to XT M770 shifters?
On my Mountain bike, I have Deore shifters and Deore front derailer, XT rear.
Is it worth upgrading my 2007 Deore shifters to the XT series? will I notice much difference?
I like the dual control feature, but will my shifting get any better?
I'm not having problems on my current shifters, but was wondering if it can get better?

XT shifters are nice and may very well make you happy. I doubt you'll notice too much difference, though. Because lots of stuff on a mountain bike gets broken, I wouldn't upgrade until your current shifters are worn out or break.
I've stayed away from Dual Control levers because of the expense. It is much less expensive to replace a broken brake or shifter lever than to replace an entire dual control lever.
Regarding shifting problems, few are caused by the shifters. Most often difficulties with shifting are caused by improper indexing of the derailleur. (Which is adjusted by the barrel adjusters at either end of the derailleur cable.) The other main cause of trouble is too much friction in the cables which prevents the derailleur from moving when tension on the cable is released.
